Refund and Returns Policy

At Sipwell Teas, we take pride in crafting cozy, high-quality tea blends. Because our products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read our policy below for details on refunds, shipping issues, and unclaimed packages.

No Returns Accepted

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, allergies, or dissatisfaction with flavor.

Refunds for Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our teas. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Addresses

If the address you provide at checkout is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the shipping courier:

  • The package will be returned to us
  • You will be responsible for the reshipment costs
  • We will contact you to confirm and update your address before reshipping

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Unclaimed Shipments

If your package is returned to us as unclaimed (e.g., not picked up from a post office or access point in time):

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking email and checking with your local delivery service if delays occur.
