What are your hours of operation?

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (MST). We are closed on weekends and major holidays, but you can still send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as we can during business hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Sipwell Teas ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, whether it be a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not yet been processed. Once it’s in the shipping stage, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
